Gun shot fracture of the right elbow joint while the arm was at right angle in the act of firing. The bullet entered on the posterior brachial region 2 inches below head of radius passing diagonally across and comminuting the external condyle of the humerus exiting on the posterior humeral region where it lodged- being 2 inches above the external condyle of humerus. Ball extracted on the field.
